Cosy knits not only become my comfort blanket during autumn/winter, they act as a style tool too.

Knitwear is obviously practical, being warm and cosy is a must, but, I still like to add a little edge to my outfits, something knitwear isn’t known for. As ever it’s all in how you style – the colours, the textures, the tones, the layering – play a huge part in making your knitwear look cool.
Whether I’m planning my outfit around a chunky knit, layering a crew neck over a tee or teaming two knits together – I’ve worked out the styles I need to create different looks for every occasion that work for how I like to dress.

Interesting neck details, a cropped sweater or cable knit details add interest. Luxury fabrics help to elevate the simple outfits.
Double up two grey jumpers for texture, drape a yellow cashmere over a grey blazer, tie a beige knit around a pop of red. Look to the runway for endless styling opportunities with the humble knit.
