I use my monthly Moodboards to set a tone for how I want to dress for the month. For my July mood, I’m drawn to the 90s, mixing contrasting textures and bringing an edge to my summer looks.
It’s not about reinventing yourself every month, there’s always a lot of crossover with my moods. I like to be consistent with my style but constantly look for new references to allow me to look at my wardrobe with a fresh eye. My Moodboards remind me of pieces I already own and inspire me to style in a new way. It’s about applying the ‘same, but different’ style philosophy of taking inspiration, but making it work for you and how you want to dress.
The Gucci Resort show inspiring me to style my Theory Grey Blazer in some new ways. The Knotty Ones knitted set in my favourite colour right now, teaming my Arket linen shirt with my 90s-inspired Strike A Cord Necklace, mixing Denim and Leather, even in summer.
