Pink, Structure + Slouch
This month, I’m drawn to pink fabrics, sharp tailoring, striped shirts, and slouchy sweatshirts
I’m having a slow month, mainly at home, so I live in slouchy varsity-style sweatshirts (I love this 4th & Reckless one), simple black mini dresses when the weather allows and relaxed striped shirts for the odd work meeting. I love the slow pace of August.
I’m also thinking about the new season—with a lady-like pair of shoes at the top of my wish list (these Pradas are the dream), a structured bag, and a Field Jacket (this Mango one, please). And I’ve found the perfect slip skirt, a vintage style with lace trim from J.CREW. I can’t wait to style it with shirts, blazers, Mary Janes, and loafers.
